The older Authority sectors are full of independent houses and rented upper floors. Two things decide the plan: whether the truck can stand outside the gate on a residential lane, and whether the goods come down a narrow internal staircase. Fridges, almirahs and beds are the pieces that get stuck, so we count them at survey and bring the manpower for them instead of improvising.

Basement and stilt parking in these houses often means the truck stands on the road and everything is carried out. That long-carry is written into the quote.

Noida Extension: ramps, gate passes, tower stacking

The Extension belt is tower after tower with shared service lifts and strict gate registers. Ramps to the basement are steep, and many complexes will not allow a heavy truck down the ramp at all, so loading happens at a designated point on the surface.

Here the sequence matters. We share the vehicle number 24 to 48 hours ahead, you get the gate pass issued, the lift slot is booked, and packing is finished before the slot opens. Miss the paperwork and the crew stands idle while the lift goes to another flat.

Lift slot first, Expressway second

Once the truck is loaded, Noida to Delhi or Noida to Gurugram over the Expressway is not the difficult part. The difficult part was upstairs. That is why we schedule loading early and keep the road leg for the settled part of the day, so unloading finishes before the destination society shuts its lift.

Guard register and what you should keep ready

Keep your society approval letter, ID, and the vehicle number handy at the gate. If your society asks for a written undertaking, tell us at booking — we have done it enough times to tell you what usually gets accepted.

Numbered inventory, signed at truck close

Cartons are numbered as they are packed, listed on one sheet, and you sign that sheet before the shutter is closed. At the new flat the numbers are called out as boxes come off. This is the difference between a real move and a "sab aa gaya, count kar lena" handover.

Storage, bike and car

If possession in the new tower slips, packed goods go to our Sector 102 Gurugram warehouse with the same carton numbers, and come to you when you have the keys. Bikes and cars are quoted separately, never buried inside a house package.
