Gurugram moves are high-rise moves — the service lift decides your day, not the distance. Our office desk is on Kherki Road and our household warehouse is in Sector 102, so a supervisor can reach most Gurugram addresses without a half-day of travel first.
DLF phases, Golf Course Road and Sohna Road
Condominiums along DLF Phase 1 to 5, Golf Course Road and Golf Course Extension almost all run the same rules: one designated service lift, a booked slot, a security deposit or gate pass, and no shifting activity during certain hours. We ask which lift you have been allotted and how long you have it, because a 3BHK with a two-hour lift window needs a bigger crew than the same 3BHK with an open afternoon.
Sohna Road and Nirvana-side societies add a second wrinkle — the truck often has to stand at a distance from the tower entrance, so long-carry manpower goes into the quote honestly instead of appearing as a surprise.
New Gurgaon and the sector belt
The newer sectors past Dwarka Expressway and along the 79–95 belt are a different job. Many towers are still filling up, service lifts are new but heavily booked, and internal roads can be long. Here we plan for distance inside the complex, not just distance between cities.
Old Gurgaon, Kherki and builder floors
Old Gurugram colonies and independent builder floors mean staircases. Three floors of staircase with a double-door fridge and a 55-inch TV is a manpower question, and we answer it at survey time by counting the actual pieces, not by guessing from a floor plan.
Our desk and our store are two different addresses
This confuses people, so plainly: 250, Kherki Road, Shree Ram Enclave, Gurugram 122505 is our GST and office address — that is a desk, not a godown. Packed household goods are stored at our Sector 102 warehouse near Dwarka Expressway, which has CCTV, pest control and fire cylinders. Do not send goods to Kherki Road expecting a store.
Cars are not held at Sector 102.
Moving Gurugram to Delhi, Noida or Faridabad
NH-48 and the Expressway make Gurugram-to-Delhi a routine same-day run. Gurugram to Noida or Ghaziabad is longer and we usually recommend an early load so unloading finishes before the destination society closes its lift for the evening.
Inventory discipline
Numbered cartons, one sheet, signed by you at truck close, read back at delivery. Simple, and it is the only thing that settles a "kahan gaya" question at the new house.
What changes the quote
- Service lift window length and whether the society charges a deposit
- Distance from truck standing point to the tower entrance (long-carry)
- Floor and whether a staircase carry is involved on a builder floor
- Packing grade for glass, modular kitchen fittings, marble and large screens
- Storage days at our Sector 102 warehouse, if handover is delayed

Condominium me lift slot kitna chahiye hota hai?
It depends on house size, but we tell you the number of hours we need after the survey. Then we finish packing before the slot opens so the whole window is used for carrying.
Aapka godown Kherki Road wala office hai kya?
No. Kherki Road is our GST and office desk address. The household warehouse is separate — Sector 102, Gurugram, near Dwarka Expressway, with CCTV, pest control and fire cylinders.
New Gurgaon sectors me service dete ho?
Yes, the newer sectors past Dwarka Expressway are covered. Internal complex distances are longer there, so we account for that in the manpower and time on the quote.
Car bhi warehouse me rakh sakte ho?
No. Cars are not stored at Sector 102. Car transport is a separate quoted job and is delivered, not stored.
Gurgaon se Delhi same day ho jayega?
Usually yes for a 1BHK or 2BHK, provided both societies confirm the lift. Bigger homes are safer split across two days.
