The parts of Delhi we load in

We work across South, East, West, North and Central Delhi. The house types change completely between them, and the plan has to change with them.

South Delhi throws up basement parking, sloped ramps and colonies where a large truck cannot enter the lane at all. West Delhi — Dwarka especially — is mostly society towers with a booked service lift and a guard who wants paperwork. North Delhi, Rohini side, mixes DDA flats with builder floors where the staircase is the only route up. East Delhi lanes are narrow enough that we often shuttle with a small vehicle to a main-road truck point.

Gali houses vs society towers

For a gali house we survey the turning radius, not just the address. If a 19-foot truck cannot reverse in, we quote a smaller vehicle plus a shuttle, or a long-carry with extra manpower. Both options go on the quote in writing so nobody argues about "extra labour" on the day.

For a CGHS or builder society, the entire schedule hangs on the lift. We ask for your lift window before finalising the crew size, then we build packing backwards from it. Fragile items, kitchen and wardrobes are packed early so that the window is used for carrying, not for taping cartons.

The two permissions we ask for

Loading-side clearance and unloading-side clearance. People usually arrange the first and forget the second. We ask for both at booking, and we send the vehicle number 24 to 48 hours ahead so the destination guard can enter it in the register before our driver is standing at the boom barrier.

Truck timing inside Delhi

Goods vehicles in Delhi have restricted hours on many stretches, so a Delhi move is planned around the vehicle's legal window, not just your convenience. If your lift slot and the truck's permitted timing clash, we will say so at survey stage and suggest a different day rather than promising something the driver cannot deliver.

Cartons, inventory and handover

Every carton is numbered. The inventory sheet is signed by you at truck close, and read back at unloading. Kitchen, puja items and children's daily-use boxes are marked so they can be opened first at the new house.

If Delhi is only one leg

Plenty of Delhi families are moving out to Gurugram, Noida or Ghaziabad. That is a same-day job for us. If possession is delayed, packed goods can wait at our Sector 102 Gurugram warehouse and come to you when the keys arrive.

What changes the quote

Whether the truck can reach your gate or needs a shuttle from the main road
Floor, and whether the service lift is available or the staircase is the only route
RWA or CGHS lift window length and any society charge
Packing grade — glass, mirrors, marble tops and large TVs need heavier wrap
Storage days at Sector 102 if the Delhi flat is vacated before the new one is ready

FAQs

Meri gali me bada truck nahi aata, kya karoge?

We survey the lane first. If the truck cannot enter, we quote a smaller vehicle with a shuttle to the main road, or a long-carry with extra hands — and it is written on the quote before the day, not added later.

Society lift ke liye permission kaun lega?

You take the approval from your RWA or CGHS office, and we tell you exactly what to write and how long a window we need. We send the vehicle number a day or two early so the guard has it in his register.

Same day Delhi se Gurgaon shift ho jayega?

For most 1BHK and 2BHK homes, yes, if the lift slot is confirmed on both sides. Larger houses with heavy packing are safer as pack-one-day, move-next-day.

Delhi me truck ka timing issue hota hai kya?

Yes, goods vehicles have restricted hours on several routes. We plan the loading time around that and tell you at survey if your preferred slot will not work.

Bike bhi saath me ja sakti hai?

Yes, but it is quoted as its own line. Petrol is drained, the fork is locked and the bike is padded, with photos and odometer taken before loading.
