That is not a limitation we are apologising for — it is the reason a supervisor can reach your gate, do a physical survey, and still be back the same day. Sites that claim 101 or 500 cities are usually selling your enquiry to whoever picks up first. We load our own jobs.
Because we stay inside NCR, our team already knows the parts that ruin a move day: which Dwarka societies stop lift use at lunch, which Indirapuram towers want a written RWA letter and not a phone call, which Faridabad NIT galis will only take a chhota hathi and not a 19-foot truck.
What a move day with us looks like
A survey comes first — in person for a full house, over WhatsApp video if you are shifting a single room or a barsati floor. From that survey you get a written quote listing packing material, manpower, vehicle size and any add-on like a bike or a car.
After you approve, we ask for two permissions, not one: society clearance where you are loading, and society clearance where you are unloading. Most delays we see are not traffic — they are a destination guard who has no gate pass in his register. We also share the vehicle number 24 to 48 hours before, so the guard has it written down before our driver arrives.
On the day, packing is planned to finish inside your booked lift window. Every carton gets a number, the number goes onto an inventory sheet, and you sign that sheet at truck close. At the new house the same numbers are read back as boxes come off.
If the new house is not ready
Key delays, possession gaps, painting still running — this is normal in NCR. Packed household goods can go to our own warehouse at Sector 102, Gurugram, near Dwarka Expressway, which has CCTV, pest control and fire cylinders. Same carton numbers from packing to storage to final delivery, so nothing is re-labelled behind your back.
Cars are not kept at Sector 102. Vehicle transport is quoted and moved separately.
Bike and car are separate line items
A two-wheeler or a car is never hidden inside a "full house package". Bike transport is quoted with the packing method you choose. Car transport inside NCR is quoted as an open-truck or sourced enclosed job. Both appear on the quote as their own lines so you can drop them without redoing the whole estimate.

No. We work only inside Delhi NCR — Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Greater Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad. If your move goes outside these six cities, we will tell you on the call instead of taking a booking.
Quote pehle milega ya packing ke baad?
Before. A survey happens first, then you get a written quote on WhatsApp with material, manpower and vehicle listed. We do not start packing on a verbal figure.
Saman ki list kaun banata hai?
We do, and you sign it. Cartons are numbered during packing, the numbers go on an inventory sheet, and you check and sign that sheet before the truck is closed.
Naya ghar ready nahi hai, kya saman rakh sakte ho?
Yes. Packed goods go to our own household warehouse in Sector 102, Gurugram, with CCTV, pest control and fire cylinders. Storage days are billed separately on the same quote.
